Fresh Bloody Mary Morning
After having Teri away from the house for while due to her job I thought it'd be nice to just have some homemade Bloody Maries. Using a variety of cherry tomatoes from a local farmer I followed Alton Brown's recipe with only a few personal taste adjustments. We also like to pile a variety of pickled veggies, a little cheese and of course celery hearts onto a platter. I like to dip my celery into my drink, and then sprinkle of the creole seasoning that's in the little jar. It also makes a sort of "sauce" on the plate to dip the cheese in.
